For Episode 45 of the A&H show, we’ve got Princess Superstar and Larry Tee!

Newly nominated for a Grammy, after her song “Perfect (Exceeder),” which was included in the Saltburn soundtrack, Princess Superstar is experiencing a massive resurgence in popularity in 2024, having gone viral on TikTok after the above mentioned song received wide-spread recognition after being in the film. Among her many collaborations, which include Armand Van Helden, Disco D., Dr. Octagon, Grandmaster Flash, Moby and Todd Terry (to name just a few), was the single “Licky” with nightlife and culture impresario Larry Tee, the architect of Electroclash, penned numerous hits for a number of artists, including the break-out single for RuPaul “Supermodel (You Better Work),” and has been instrumental helping launch the careers of Scissor Sisters, Fischerspooner, Peaches, W.I.T., and Avenue D.

Princess Superstar and Larry Tee have a new version of Licky (Licky  – Coka Cobra, Princess Superstar and Larry Tee feat. Charan) coming out Friday November 15th on Boom Recs.
