Dan Curtin unveiled The 4 Lights, a new LP that dropped on May 16 on the De:tuned imprint, marks his first album in fifteen years. This eight-song collection merges gritty techno, electro, and ambient, showcasing the rich, layered aesthetic developed throughout his thirty-year career.

Renowned for his output on Peacefrog and Metamorphic, Curtin presents a unified sequence emphasizing immersive atmospheres and intricate sound design. Standout pieces such as “Midwest Intervention,” “Radiant Flow,” and “Transformations” offer a polished journey through electronic memory, reinterpreted with a forward-looking perspective.
